What do i do if the remote i order does not work with my intended equipment? - If the remote you purchase from us does not work with the required equipment simply return it to us within 14 days and we will offer either a full refund or an alternative remote.
Are your remotes supplied with batteries? - Unfortunately due to shipping restrictions we do not supply batteries with our remotes, most of the controls we suply take 2 or 4 AAA batteries which can be obtained from almost all superstores and markets.
What are the usual delivery times for my order? - We aim to provide a quick dispatch on all remotes ordered and usually you will receive it within a couple of days (Within the UK) but please allow 7 working days before contacting us if your remote has not arrived (14 working days if ordering from outside the U.K.). In some cases a remote may be a special order meaning that it will need to be sourced from one of our Non-UK suppliers, delivery times on these remotes vary. If your required remote is a Special Order then it will state the expected dispatch time on the product page.
Do i need to program the remote control so that it will work with my equipment? - All of our remotes are specifically manufactured for each individual model of set, therefore you do not need to do any programming with the remote. When you receive your remote simply insert the batteries and use.
